Assumptions

You must agree that none of the following apply to any of the premises to be covered by this policy:

	Is situated in an area with a history of flooding.
	Proposer is not sole occupant.
	The business is not self contained with its own means of access.
	The property is of non standard construction (walls not only built of brick, stone or concrete, or roofed with slates, tiles or concrete).
	The property or any adjacent has suffered from, or shows visible signs of damage from subsidence landslip or heave.

Your client must agree that none of the following apply to any proposer:

	Been declared bankrupt/insolvent.
	Been the subject of bankruptcy proceedings.
	Has a proposal refused or declined.
	Had a renewal refused.
	Had an insurance cancelled.
	Had special terms imposed.
	Has non-motoring convictions or criminal offences.
	Has non-motoring prosecutions pending.
